You always had a smile, a hug or a kiss You brightened up a room and that I’m going to miss You loved to have a chat or a little dance And on the TV you liked a bit of romance As we walked past, you’d pat strangers on the head, It would make me laugh, ‘Hello Darlin’ you said I’d give you a glass of wine, and it wouldn’t even touch the sides Wearing your headphones on the plane, You sang so loud they would have heard you in spain Billy bolly bungle got stuck in the jungle And who got him out, little billy sprout! On our wedding day when Andy mixed his words up You shouted ‘Go on Darlin’ which was the perfect backup When Theo came along you loved to hold him tight Although when asked his name you couldn’t quite get it right, Wilson would bring you his ball and drop it in your lap, You’d launch it across the room and then we’d hear a crash Things will never quite be the same without you here, But don’t worry about Roger we’ll always keep him near Sleep tight dear Janette, we will never forget 💕 Love Laura x x x
